The Nashville Farmers’ Market is a daily city market that has a rich background, dating from 1829. Throughout its many decades of renovations and changes, the Farmers Market has served the community within Nashville, Tennessee, holding various events throughout the year.
My brief was all about creating a commercial piece for a festival of my choosing! Being a native to Tennessee and a lover of the festival, I chose this festival!
The Farmers’ Market Summer Fest is more than simply a market event, but a representation of the people who build our community: the farmers, artisans, florists and local restaurants/vendors, and of course, the local community that they serve.
This promotional piece takes a minimalist and poetic approach, using color, texture, and fluid rhythm to capture the market’s essence. Through fresh visuals, this promotional piece hopes to celebrate the spirit of hard work, community, and the vibrant energy of summer.
